After 41 years World Health Organization (WHO) declares A(H1N1) flu a pandemic. This declaration made after the emergency meeting of the flu experts in Geneva, Switzerland.

According to WHO, “At this early stage, the pandemic can be characterized globally as being moderate in severity. (We) remain in close dialogue with influenza vaccine manufacturers,”

The last declaration of pandemic flu was 41 years ago, Hong Kong Flu, where in one million people are dead.

In the last updated of WHO, 74 countries are positive in outbreak of Swine Flu, where in United States and Mexico had the highest tally of swine flu victim.
